A PRESENTATION COPY FROM THE AUTHOR WITH HIS SIGNED HOLOGRAPH INSCRIPTION ON TITLE. Wheatley's war papers were circulated to the Chiefs of Staff, the Joint Planning Staff of the War Cabinet, and King George VI.
